   Massage Therapy serves as a preventative and restorative treatment, and is seen as an essential aid for your well-being. Massage assists in pain relief from sore muscles, provides relaxation and stress relief, improves circulation, quality of sleep and immune function, and assists in restoring balance and the natural healing processes of your body. We use a holistic approach to massage, whereby the depth, pressure and type of massage will be discussed with you prior to treatment. Each massage varies from person to person to suit your individual requirements

Standard Massage Includes:
Remedial - a massage that targets specific problem areas and spends the majority of the time addressing that area using a variety of techniques. Heat packs may be applied to help relieve pain and discomfort and soothe tired, aching muscles.

Deep Tissue - is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It is used for releasing chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure. A firmer massage that can include trigger point therapy for those needing more of a work-out.

Relaxation - a combination of the most relaxing massage techniques for those that need to unwind and freshen their mind.

Lymphatic Drainage - a very gentle form of flowing massage focussing on shifting fluid and stimulating energy.

Aromatherapy Massage - A sensory journey that begins with you choosing your own essential oils to be massaged into the skin that will soothe your nervous system and promote health and wellbeing restoring both physical and emotional balance.

Specialised Treatments
Pregnancy Massage - A pampering treat that includes a foot spa with tension releasing leg and foot massage. Then move to the table to calmly complete the back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. We consider your ultimate comfort and baby's safety by positioning you appropriately to make your massage relaxing and rejuvenating for you both. 90min $120

Hawaiian Hot Stone - A treat like no other. An ancient, luxurious and deeply relaxing massage combining warmed volcanic stones, coconut oil and traditional Kahuna massage. 75min $95, 90min $110

Seated Massage - focussed only on back, neck and shoulders this is a great way to walk away having alleviated tension from those highly stressed shoulders. 20min $25

Sinus Tonic - essential ear candling beneficial to soothe earache, headache and sinusitis and a natural way to remove excess ear wax. An intensely pleasant experience with includes a scalp massage and lymphatic drainage to face and neck. 45mins $60

Lymphatic Leg Therapy - A massage focussed on those tired legs and feet. Assists in relieving fluid retention, smoothing uneven skin and reducing cellulite. $85.
